Rude staff, poor cleanliness, misleading pricing.

The pool and fishing pier were family favorites. We enjoyed the clean room and had an excellent BBQ experience. No complaints!

I had a great time with my friends here. We loved the pool and had fun exploring the lighted fishing pier and the nearby waterpark, perfect for quality time together. Overall, it was a nice getaway.

However, we faced issues with the bathroom. it backed up and drained slowly, which was frustrating during our stay.

The Northern Island location offers easy access to nearby music venues and a vibrant local scene, which was a plus. However, the overall cleanliness and room conditions were disappointing, with a moldy smell upon entering. Limited parking forced us to park in front, making our two-night stay frustrating. Breakfast options were inadequate, limited to a single table for the entire hotel.

The only bummer was the hot tub being out of order during my visit, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. For a smooth stay, make sure to ask about wristbands at check-in so you don’t encounter issues later! 😊
